MISSION, VISION, QUALITY POLICY,
QUALITY GOAL AND CORE VALUE TO 2025

To become as a high-quality college by 2025, Dong Nai College of highTechnology has given its Mission, vision, quality policy, quality goals and core values by 2025 as follows:
1. Mission
Dong Nai College of High Technology (DCoHT) trains human resources with sufficient knowledge,competently in skills, positive working attitudes and the ability to use foreign languages to communicate for the benefit of workers, enterprises, government and schools.
2. Vision (Horizon)
By 2025, we will reach the criteria national high-quality school, and be able to participate in eaching a number of related majors abroad with schools in the ASEAN area and international. We will build DCoHT into a prestigious brand in the country and abroad.
3. Quality Policy
3.1. School has actively coordinated with enterprises and has enlisted the supports of organizations such as VCCI, NHO, ILO, JICA, METI, AOTS, PREX, WWO, Save the Children, KOICA . . . prestigious training schools abroad to provide technical supports for teaching staff and students;
3.2. All members of the school are always united, served enthusiastically, thoughtfully, creatively and effectively. They work hard and record customer’s opinions to serve better;
3.3. All members always build a united pedagogical collective with good management capacity, good teaching and good service;
3.4. School focus on teaching, encourages self-study, transfers from mainly classroom learning to extracurricular activities learning, researching applied scientific (Do software, equipment, teaching- aids by yourself , etc. . .), creating a basis for teachers and students to self-update knowledge and skills, develop realistic capacity;
3.5. Application of information technology in teaching-learning and testing-assessment. Coordinating the use of assessment results in the learning process with the end-of-term and school-year assessment; the teacher's assessment with the learner's self-assessment; assessments of family and entrerprise.
3.6. Building programs and curriculums according to Modules with contents integrating knowledges, skills, professional style of work , facilitating teachers and learners to self-assess;
3.7. Ensuring 5S - safe, clean, beautiful, ensuring saving to stabilize employment and income for each member.
4. Quality Target
4.1. 100% of DCoHT's collectives adhere to the culture of "democratic discussion, regular communication and timely reporting" in order to promote the creativity of each individual, create solidarity and unity in the collective
4.2. Training efficiency of jobs is at least 70%, of which key occupations achieve
at least 80%;
4.3. 90% of the total number of student graduated in key professions have suitable jobs to their trained occupations or continue their advanced studies within 12 months from the time of graduation;
4.4. At least 90% of learners in key occupations are assessed by employers to have their ability to meet the demands of profession.
4.5. 100% of members jointly build (objectives, processes), effectively operate the school's quality assurance system in accordance with regulations and are evaluated and improved annually when necessary;
4.6. 100% of the output standards of the training program are commented by enterprises;
4.7. 100% of students are trained in 5S, Safety, soft skills supported by international organizations;
4.8. There is at least 1 job /occupation that is taught by experts of the enterprise with the standards of pedagogy.
4.9. There are teachers who participate in teaching programs associated with colleges and universities in abroad.
4.10. There is at least 01 high-quality training program or 01 training program recognized as equivalent to the standards of G20 countries recruited and organized annually.

In order to perform an assessment outside the school's quality by 2021 and be recognized as a high-quality college by 2025, in the 2020-2021 school year, Dong Nai High-Tech College strives for the quality goals follows:
1. 100% of DCoHT's collectives adhere to the culture of "democratic discussion, regular communication and timely reporting" in order to promote individual creativity, solidarity and the unity of the collective.
2. School will register intermediate and college 1,770 students, elementary : 895 students;
3. The rate of students graduating from vocational schools is over 90%, high school are over 85%; Reduce the rate of students that leave school each semester and the whole school year to less than 10%;
4. 90% of the total number of students graduated in key professions have suitable job with their trained occupation or continue to their advanced studies within 12 months from the time of graduation;
5. 100% of members together build (target,processes), effectively operate the school's quality assurance system according to the regulations and evaluate, improve annually when necessary.
